Delivery by courier service Nova Poshta
We strive to ensure your ENGLISH HOME purchases reach you quickly and conveniently. We deliver orders throughout Kyiv and all of Ukraine using the Nova Poshta delivery service.Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification at the phone number provided, confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery is available via three methods:
– To a Nova Poshta branch.
– To a Nova Poshta parcel locker.
– By courier to a specified address.
Delivery Costs
Orders of 2,500 UAH or more: Free delivery within Kyiv and Ukraine.
Orders under 2,500 UAH: Delivery costs 149 UAH.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 days after the order is processed and dispatched.
Payment Upon Receipt (Cash on Delivery)
Please note: If you choose to pay upon receipt (cash on delivery), the transport company will charge an additional fee for the fund transfer service.
Nova Poshta rates:
20 UAH – for processing the transfer;
2% – of the payment amount.
Order Processing Hours
Monday – Friday: 09:00 to 17:00.
Dispatch Schedule
Confirmed orders received on business days before 13:00 are handed over to the delivery service on the same day.
Orders placed after 13:00 are dispatched on the next business day. Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday.
Free Storage Period
Parcels can be stored free of charge at a Nova Poshta branch for 5 days.
After this period, the parcel will be automatically returned to the sender.
Please pick up your orders on time to avoid them being returned.
